家有传家宝,校有藏珍堂,厦门大学里有一所神秘的人类博物馆,因其收藏的众多珍贵文物而被联合国教科文组织认定为著名博物馆,建立之初更是中国大陆唯一的一所人类学专科博物馆。提到厦门大学人类博物馆,就不得不提到第一任馆长、著名人类学家林惠祥教授。1929年和1935年,林教授两度跨越海峡,深入台湾高山族村社,开展民族调查和采集民族文物标本,成为我国第一位系统研究高山族的学者。1951年林教授把十余年来搜集积累的数以千计的文物标本捐献给厦门大学,1 9 5 3年正式成立了厦门大学博物
Home heirlooms, Tibetan treasures school, Xiamen University, there is a mysterious museum of humanity, because of its collection of many precious relics and UNESCO was recognized as a famous museum, the beginning of the establishment is the only one in mainland China Academic specialist museum. Mention Xiamen University Museum of Humanity, I have to mention the first curator, a famous anthropologist Professor Lin Huixiang. In 1929 and 1935, Professor Lin twice straddles the strait and went deep into the Gaoshan people’s communes in Taiwan to carry out ethnic surveys and collect samples of ethnic relics and became the first scholar in China to systematically study the Gaoshan people. In 1951, Professor Lin donated thousands of cultural relics specimens collected in more than ten years to Xiamen University. In 1993, he formally established the Xiamen University Museum
