将可编程序控制器（ＰＣ）成功地应用于圆盘切石机上．实现了全自动切割过程；对ＰＣ外围电路具有故障诊断功能；可指示维修期限．给出了ＰＣ内部“Ｃｏｕｎｔｅｒ”和“Ｔｉｍｅｒ”预设值的外部调整方法，以及Ｉ／Ｏ信号扩展的一种解决办法．
The programmable logic controller (PC) successfully applied to the disc stone cutter. To achieve a fully automatic cutting process; PC peripheral circuit fault diagnosis function; can indicate the maintenance period. An external adjustment of the internal “Counter” and “Timer” values inside the PC and a solution to I / O signal extensions are given.
