刘家峡大桥为主跨536 m的钢桁加劲梁式悬索桥,桥塔采用双柱式钢管混凝土结构形式,是目前世界上直径最大、钢板厚度最大的钢管混凝土索塔。索塔采用工厂制造标准钢管节段,现场组拼、逐段吊装,分段灌注塔柱内微膨胀混凝土的施工工艺,塔柱最大高度61.5 m。介绍一种索塔钢结构逐段安装、逐段灌注塔柱内微膨胀混凝土的新工法——附着在桥塔上的自爬升门吊安装桥塔大型钢构件的施工技术。对“附着在桥塔实体上逐节爬升安装设备”的设计、结构组成以及施工应用情况进行了详细介绍。
The main span of the Liujiaxia Bridge is a steel girder stiffening girder suspension bridge with a span of 536m. The tower is a double-column concrete-filled steel tube concrete structure. It is the largest concrete filled steel pipe tower with the largest diameter and the largest thickness in the world at present. Pylon uses the factory to make the standard steel pipe segment, assemble on site, hoist one by one, construct the micro-expansive concrete in the tower pylon by section, and the maximum height of the tower is 61.5 m. This paper introduces a new method of installing pylon steel structure section by section and pouring some expansive concrete into pylon section by section - the construction technology of installing large steel members of bridge tower from the self-climbing gantry crane attached to pylon. The design, structure and construction application of the “attachment to the Pylon in a day by day climbing installation equipment” are described in detail.
