随着经济发展区域化和高职教育地方化的推进,专业设置问题已成为研究的热点。为了适应区域经济结构调整对人才需求的变化,合理构建专业布局,笔者采用文献研究法、调查研究法、归纳总结研究等方法,以黑龙江省高职院校食品类专业为例,探讨专业结构动态调整和优化机制的构建问题,为实现黑龙江省食品专业设置与食品产业发展的紧密对接提供理论依据。
