Study of tea oxidase has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, we try to find out the changes of oxidase activity in different growth stages of tea plant and study the activity of oxidase in the structural components of tea plant. The tea was placed in quartz sand into the greenhouse, seedlings were analyzed 45 days after the start of germination, and the shoots and roots of the seedlings after the second half of February were separately analyzed, and one bud and two leaves were analyzed after the adult.
