目的通过对皖南祁门县祁山镇新岭村周家组门堂坞村民突然死亡事件的调查,探讨村民在野外环境突然死亡的原因、防控措施。方法经过地形勘查、走访询问、观察死亡人员皮肤及粘膜颜色的改变状况、现场调查以及对现场环境空气中一氧化碳(CO)、二氧化碳(CO2)、硫化氢(H2S)的现场快检和采样实验室检测。结果对现场空气中一氧化碳(CO)、二氧化碳(CO2)进行快检,3个监测点一氧化碳(CO)均未检出,二氧化碳(CO2)浓度为444-8888PPM;并对一氧化碳(CO)、二氧化碳(CO2)、硫化氢(H2S)进行了现场空气采样,进行实验室检测,结果CO2浓度为1.435%;CO、H2S未检出。结论结合地形、地貌及当时气象条件等综合判断,市、县疾控专家组判定该事件为“一起急性单纯窒息性气体中毒死亡事件”。
Objective To investigate the sudden death of villagers in the Zhoujiagou gatehouse in Xinling Village, Qishan Town, Qimen County, southern Anhui Province, and to explore the reasons for the sudden death of the villagers in the wild and prevention and control measures. Methods After the terrain survey, we interviewed and observed the changes of skin and mucous color of deaths, field investigation and on-the-spot inspection and sampling laboratories of on-site ambient air of carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) Detection. Results Carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) were rapidly detected in the air at the site. No carbon monoxide (CO) was detected in the three monitoring sites and the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) was 444-8888PPM. CO2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on-site air sampling, laboratory testing, the results of CO2 concentration of 1.435%; CO, H2S undetected. Conclusion Combining the topography, landform and prevailing meteorological conditions, the municipal and county CDC decided that the incident was “a death event with acute asphyxiation gas poisoning”.
