隧道施工的施工准备和施工组织是隧道施工的关键 ,组织的好坏将直接影响到整个隧道的工期、施工效果和社会效益。工程安全和质量贯穿于整个过程中 ,解决安全、质量的问题必须从思想上、体制上下功夫。该文将二郎山隧道的施工准备、施工组织及质量与安全体系作一简要介绍。
Construction preparation and construction of tunnel construction is the key to tunnel construction. The quality of the construction will directly affect the construction period, construction effect and social benefits of the tunnel.
