在常压、无溶剂条件下,以氧气为氧化剂,醋酸钴为催化剂,研究了催化氧化对叔丁基甲苯(PTBT)合成对叔丁基苯甲酸(PTBA)的反应。考察了催化剂与PTBT质量比、促进剂类型、促进剂用量、氧气流速、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响,确定了优化的反应条件。在PTBT用量30mL、催化剂用量0.7g、乙醛促进剂用量0.3mL、氧气流速100mL/min、温度130℃的条件下,反应8h,PTBA的产率达到68.1%。
The reaction of p-t-butylbenzoic acid (PTBA) catalyzed by p-tert-butyltoluene (PTBT) was studied under atmospheric pressure and solvent-free condition using oxygen as oxidant and cobalt acetate as catalyst. The influences of the mass ratio of catalyst to PTBT, the type of accelerator, the amount of accelerator, the flow rate of oxygen, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were determined. The yield of PTBA reached 68.1% under the condition of 30mL PTBT dosage, 0.7g catalyst dosage, 0.3mL acetaldehyde accelerator dosage, 100mL / min oxygen flow rate and 130 ℃.
