方法：选取本人2010年4月～2015年4月收治的38例54眼急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的临床资料进行研究分析。目的：分析患者采用白内障超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果。结果：患者视力、眼压、前房深度及房角均优于治疗前。结论：白内障超声乳化术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果显著，可有效提高患者视力，值得推广应用。“,”In 2010 April~2015 methods I April treated 38 cases of 54 eyes with acute angle closure glaucoma patients with cataract clinical data research and analysis, objective analysis of patients with cataract and angle separation technique in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract phacoemulsification treatment room. Results The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth and angle were better than before treatment. Conclusion Phacoemulsification with significant clinical effect for the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract, which can effectively improve the visual acuity of the patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.
