1998年7月,西安某机械公司以劳动合同期满为由,终止了与詹某的劳动合同。詹某认为公司侵犯其合法权益,申诉到当地劳动争议仲裁委,要求公司与其签订无固定期限劳动合同。
In July 1998, a machinery company in Xi’an terminated the labor contract with Zhanmou on the grounds of the expiration of the labor contract. Zhanmou think the company infringed its legitimate rights and interests, appealed to the local labor dispute arbitration commission, requiring the company to sign a non-fixed term labor contract.
