目的:研究不同基因型别的阴道白假丝酵母菌黏附性的差异。方法:为阴道白假丝酵母菌进行25S rDNA基因分型,随机选取A、B、C型菌株各20株测定黏附率。结果:pH环境相同时(pH7.0或pH4.0),孢子相菌株A型黏附率显著高于B型(P<0.05)和C型(P<0.001),B型显著高于C型(P<0.01),而菌丝相菌株各基因型别黏附率无统计学差异;孢子相菌株不含内含子组(A型)黏附率显著高于含内含子组(B型和C型)(P<0.001),而菌丝相菌株两组间黏附率无统计学差异。结论:阴道白假丝酵母菌25S rDNA可转座Ⅰ型内含子与其黏附性密切相关。
Objective: To study the differences of Candida albicans adhesion between different genotypes. Methods: 25S rDNA genotyping was performed on Candida albicans, and 20 strains of A, B and C were randomly selected to determine the adhesion rate. Results: The adhesion rate of type A in spore phase was significantly higher than that of type B (P <0.05) and type C (P <0.001) at the same pH (pH7.0 or pH4.0), while that of type B was significantly higher than that of type C P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference in the adherence rate of each genotype among mycelial strains. The adhesion rate of spore-like strains without intron (type A) was significantly higher than those with intron (type B and C ) (P <0.001), while there was no significant difference in adhesion rate between mycelial strains. CONCLUSION: Transfected type I intron of Candida vaginalis 25S rDNA is closely related to its adhesion.
