Li Jianchen, deputy director of the Planning and Development Department of the State Press and Publication Administration of Radio and Television, said in his speech at the conference: There are two aspects to the promotion of human social progress. One is the cultural system; the other is technological progress. These two factors are interrelated and influence each other. After the Third Industrial Revolution, digital civilization will serve as a new civilization of human civilization, far exceeding and covering
