这次厂矿职工住宅设计竞赛,是前国家建设委员会委托中国建筑学会来组织进行的。去年七月发出竞赛办法和纲要,全国各地参加竞赛的方案共约1,200个,经过37个城市的初审,共选出654份(其中有几份包括两三个方案,共计661个方案),于十二月底全部送到总会参加评选。由总会、各分会与各单位所推举的代表十八人组织成评选委员会,又向各有关单位借调了技术人员32人,成立办公室。由评委李蔭蓬兼主任,评委赵深兼副主任。为了广泛征求意见,
The factory and mine workers’ residential design competition was commissioned by the former National Construction Committee to organize the organization. In July last year, the competition method and outline were issued. There were a total of approximately 1,200 participating contests across the country. After preliminary examination in 37 cities, a total of 654 were selected (some of which included two or three programs, a total of 661 programs).
