放线菌引起脓肿在临床上很少见,现报告1例。患者,女性,65岁,因左腰部疼痛2个月伴发热20天于1985年12月24日住院。两个月前,感左腰部痛,呈持续性,并逐渐加重,左髋及膝关节不能伸直,不能下床活动。继而出现发热,伴嗜睡、尿频、全身乏力、食欲不振。12月16日住某医院,体温38～39℃,左侧腰部及左侧腹部疼痛剧烈。曾经新青霉素和氨基苄青霉素等治疗无效。有糖尿病史。入院后查体:体温38.3℃,精神差,贫血貌,皮肤、
