在相同的培养条件下,用不连续系统的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳(PAGE)测定了10种植物上的炭疽菌的酯酶同功酶。结果发现,不同植物上的同一种炭疽菌其酯酶同功酶酶谱完全相同,不同种炭疽菌的酯酶同功酶酶谱则差异很大。测定结果还表明,培养液种类对酶谱有一定影响,同一植物上的炭疽菌在不同的培养液中培养后其酯酶同功酶酶谱也有较大差异。因此,作者认为在严格控制实验条件下,酯酶同功酶酶谱可以作为炭疽菌分类的生化指标之一。
Under the same culture conditions, the esterase isoenzyme of anthracnose on 10 species of plants was determined by polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis (PAGE) using a discontinuous system. The results showed that the same species of anthrax on different plants esterase zymogram exactly the same, different species of anthrax esterase isoenzyme zymogram is very different. The results also show that the type of culture medium has a certain effect on the zymogram, the same plant on the anthrax in different culture medium after the esterase isoenzyme zymogram there is a big difference. Therefore, the authors believe that under the strict control of experimental conditions, esterase isozyme zymogram can be used as one of the biochemical indicators of anthrax classification.
