目的:应用一次性灭菌注射器行小儿胸骨骨髓穿刺。方法:应用一次性灭菌注射器选胸骨角第二肋平面处上或下0.5～1cm,与皮肤成30°～40°角穿刺。针尖向下至有穿透骨皮质感觉止。结果:一次穿刺成功93.3%, 二次穿刺成功3.3%。结论:应用一次性无菌注射器行小儿胸骨骨髓穿刺具有损伤小、进针稳准、方法简单、易掌握,并且价格便宜,不需消毒等优点,值得推广。
Objective: To apply pediatric sternal bone marrow puncture with disposable sterilized syringes.
