浙江省人民政府办公厅转发省统计局关于今明两年统计制度方法改革实施意见的通知浙政办发[2003]83号各市、县(市、区)人民政府,省政府直属各单位: 省统计局《关于今明两年统计制度方法改革的实施意见》已经省政府同意,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。统计工作是科学决策的基础。加快统计改革,建立符合浙江实际的统计制度方法体系,既是全面建设小康社会、提前基本实现现代化的需要,也是改进机关作风、提高政府工作效率的需要。各级政府都要进一步加强对统计工作的领导,创造必要的物质条件和良好的工作环境,促进统计部门不断深化统计制度方法改革。深化统计制度方法改革,是今后一个时期统计部门的一项重点工作。各级统计部门和广大统计人员要以高度的责任心和使命感,认真贯彻落实各项统计制度方法改革任务,完善体系,健全制度,改进方法,加强和规范对部门统计的监督管理,切实减轻基层统计的负担,使统计更准确、更及时、更科学,不断提高统计工作质量和效率,努力开创全省统计事业发展的新局面。浙江省人民政府办公厅二○○三年十一月十一日
