焊接过程中焊缝方向与焊接方向的夹角是焊接控制中的一个重要特征量。在旋转电弧信号的频域分析中,其特征谐波的相位反映了焊缝方向与焊接方向的初始夹角。本文通过信号的傅立叶变换,提取了在V型坡口情况下焊缝方向与焊接方向的初始夹角,并使用离散傅立叶变化对信号进行数字化处理,得出了特征谐波法的数值解法。
The angle between the weld direction and the welding direction during welding is an important feature of the welding control. In the frequency domain analysis of the rotating arc signal, the phase of the characteristic harmonic reflects the initial included angle between the direction of the weld and the welding direction. In this paper, the initial angle between the direction of weld and the direction of welding is extracted by the Fourier transform of the signal, and the signal is digitized using the discrete Fourier transform. The numerical solution of the characteristic harmonic method is obtained.
