随着我国教育改革的阵阵热浪,中、小学美术教育也相应地得到了重视,美术课已由过去的“小三门”课程,变成义务教育阶段一门必修的艺术教育课程。 近几年来全国中、小学校出现了很多美术教学方面的先进教师,他们在现有的教学条件下,作出了非常好的成绩,但是要完成义务教育美术教学大纲中规定的教学目标,从全国来看在师资及教学条件等方面仍存在着许多困难。尤其广大农村学校在这方面所受到的制约就更多了。怎样在国家经济建设发展的过程中,不断地充实和完善普及教育,使培养人才的教育事业能够健康发展,已经是广大教育工作者和教师们十分关注的问题。
With the bursts of heat in the education reform in China, art education in primary and secondary schools has also received corresponding attention. The art class has changed from the past “three small” courses to compulsory art education. In recent years, many advanced teachers in art teaching have appeared in primary and secondary schools across the country. Under the current teaching conditions, they have achieved very good results, but they have to complete the teaching objectives stipulated in the compulsory education art syllabus and come from all over the country. There are still many difficulties in terms of teachers and teaching conditions. In particular, rural schools are more restricted in this regard. How to continuously enrich and improve universal education in the process of national economic development and development so that the education of qualified personnel can develop healthily has become a matter of great concern to educators and teachers alike.
