据西北电业管理局反映,今年以来,我省各地用电的全安情况不好,仅关中各县发生的人身触电死亡事故即有一百多起,农村线路倒杆、断线和烧坏配电变压器、电动机的情况相当严重;城市电气火灾也有增加,以致造成严重的损失。为了保障国家财产和人民生命的安全,保证工农业生产的正常用电,除电业部门有计划的对农村配电线路进行改造外,现就有关问题作如下通知:
