实施“走出去”战略是党中央从我国经济发展全局出发作出的重大决策,是全面提高我国对外开放水平的战略部署。据商务部2014年12月16日发布的消息,2014年1-11月,我国境内投资者共对全球153个国家和地区的5402家境外企业进行了直接投资,累计实现投资5518.2亿元人民币。以美元计,前11个月累计实现投资898亿美元,同比增长11.9%。预计今年我国对外投资将达到1200亿美元左右,对外投资的金额超过吸引外资的金额将成为一种可能,甚至是一种趋势。
The implementation of the strategy of “going global” is a major policy decision made by the Party Central Committee from the overall economic development in our country and a strategic plan for comprehensively raising the level of China’s opening to the outside world. According to the information released by the Ministry of Commerce on December 16, 2014, from January to November 2014, domestic investors in China made a total of 5,402 overseas enterprises in 153 countries and regions in the world and made a total investment of 551,820 million yuan. In dollar terms, the cumulative investment for the first 11 months was 89.8 billion U.S. dollars, up 11.9% over the same period of last year. It is estimated that China’s foreign investment will reach about 120 billion U.S. dollars this year, and the amount of foreign investment exceeding the amount of attracting foreign investment will become a possibility or even a trend.
