1953年4月11日晚寒流来袭,晋南、苏北、皖北、河南、陕西、湖北等地小麦因遭霜害而受损失。经调查研究及根据各方报告,就观察所得的事实,结合农业气象学理的探讨,写成初步的报告,以供关心小麦冻害问题同志们参考。
On the evening of April 11, 1953, a cold current struck the mountains. Wheat in southern Shanxi, northern Jiangsu, northern Anhui, Henan, Shaanxi and Hubei was damaged by frost damage. After investigation and study and on the basis of the reports of all parties, we have written a preliminary report on the observation of the facts obtained and the discussion on agrometeorology to provide a reference for those concerned with the frost damage to wheat.
