一是信访一线“补课”。今年以来,先后选派15名新提拔年轻干部到信访部门挂任信访员。二是拆违一线“拉练”。在前期抽调300名干部全天候参与城区查违遏违、市政重点工程等中心工作的基础上,今年,又选派12名干部组成2个工作组赴城关镇督促和指导征地工作。
