拥有一个健全、高效的信息网络是做好信息工作的前提和保障。邯郸市委办公厅在建好纵到基层(市——县——基层直报点)、横到社会(市——市直——社情民意联络员)的较为完善的信息网络的基础上,做到了“硬”“软”件齐抓、建与管并重,逐步建立起了十项信息工作激励制度,切实加强了对整个信息网络的管理,收到了良好效果。 Having a sound and efficient information network is a prerequisite and guarantee for doing a good job of information work.
