以中药三黄抑亢胶囊为主,辅以小剂量他巴唑治疗Graves病62例,并与常规剂量他巴唑治疗35例对照。结果治疗组总有效率93.5％,对照组总有效率62.8％,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组的症状改善率、免疫指标的阴转率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组甲状腺功能恢复正常时间无显著差异。
Chinese medicine Sanhuang Yan Kang capsules, supplemented with small doses of methimazole treatment of Graves disease in 62 cases, and conventional dose of methimazole treatment of 35 cases of control. Results The total effective rate was 93.5% in the treatment group and 62.8% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The symptom improvement rate and the negative conversion rate of immune index in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the return of thyroid function to normal time.
