为解决目前新疆地区沙漠车发动机存在的严重磨粒磨损问题,从提高空气滤清效率和提高活塞环-气缸套副的抗磨损能力两方面进行了试验研究。在调查分析沙漠车使用环境和在用车空气滤清器现状的基础上研制了新的空滤器;对两种陶瓷化环—套副(陶瓷复合涂层活塞环和激光陶瓷合金化活塞环对陶瓷复合涂层气缸套)进行了模拟沙漠使用环境的室内台架试验和装车使用考核。所取得的减缓磨损的效果极为显著。
In order to solve the problem of serious abrasive wear of the deserted car engine in Xinjiang, the experimental research is carried out from the aspects of improving the air filtration efficiency and improving the wear resistance of the piston-cylinder liner pair. A new air filter was developed on the basis of investigation and analysis of the use environment of desert vehicles and the status quo of the air filter on the vehicle. Two kinds of ceramic ring-sleeve pairs (ceramic composite coating piston ring and laser ceramic alloy piston ring pair Ceramic composite coating cylinder liner) to simulate the desert environment using indoor bench test and loading the use of assessment. The effect of reducing the wear and tear is remarkable.
