白点是在冶炼钢材时,可能产生的一种缺陷。本文研究了白点对60si2Mn 钢的机械性能的影响,特别是对冲击值、延伸率、断面收缩率的有害影响。为了消除白点的危害,我们做了一系列试验,证明锻压加工能改善具有白点的钢坯的机械性能。我们还对锻压前后轧材断口的宏观形态和“SEM”形态作了仔细观察。实验研究表明:适当的缎压可以消除白点的危害。使机械性能达到使用要求。
White spots are a flaw that may occur when smelting steel. This paper studies the effect of white dots on the mechanical properties of 60si2Mn steels, especially the deleterious effects on impact values, elongation, and area reduction. In order to eliminate the hazards of white spots, we conducted a series of tests to prove that forging process can improve the mechanical properties of billet with white spots. We also observed the macro morphology and the “SEM” morphology of the rolled material before and after forging. Experimental studies show that: the appropriate satin pressure can eliminate the harm of white spots. The mechanical properties to meet the requirements.
