为促进无公害农产品的生产发展 ,提高农产品卫生质量 ,保证人民身体健康 ,增强我国农产品的国际市场竞争力 ,积极应对加入世贸组织对我国农产品市场和农药市场带来的机遇与挑战 ,最近 ,农业部连续发布了第 194号、199号公告和第 17号部长令 ,决定对高毒农药实施更为严格的管理。 7月 2日农业部在北京召开“加强农药管理新闻发布会” ,来自国家经贸委、国家计委、财政部、国家工商行政管理总局、国家质量检验检疫总局、卫生部、国家环保总局、中国农药工业协会等单位的代表 ,新华社、人民日报、中央电视台 (1、2、7频道 )、中央人民广播电台、农民日报、光明日报、经济日报、科技日报、法制日报、中国日报、中国质量报、化工报、中华合作时报等新闻单位的记者和农业部有关司局的代表近 10 0人参加了新闻发布会 ,会上 ,农业部刘坚副部长发表了重要讲话。现全文发表如下 ,以飨读者
