企业人力资源管理必须与其所处的内外部环境的变化相适应。近年来,企业所处外部环境的变化主要表现为政治经济化、经济全球化、科技产业化、文化融合化、知识信息化;企业内部环境的变化主要表现为组织结构扁平化、工作内容知识化、员工素质复合化、资本运营风险化、人事部门经济化。这些变化相应地推动了企业人力资源管理的诸多变革。
