自开展1997年度省人民政府机关刊物《湖南政报》宣传发行工作以来,全省各级各部门办公室和抓发行工作的同志,以饱满的政治热情,采取有力措施,克服各种困难,努力做好宣传发行工作,取得了显著成绩,并涌现了一批先进单位和先进个人。为了表彰先进,根据《(湖南政报>发行评优办法》,决定对在1997年度《湖南政报》宣传发行工作中成绩突出的娄底行政公署办公室等24个先进单位、江克美等49名先进个人予以表彰。
