温政发[2017]15号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:为进一步加强和改进慈善工作,充分发挥慈善事业在保障和改善困难群众民生中的重要作用,根据《中华人民共和国慈善法》、《国务院关于促进慈善事业健康发展的指导意见》(国发[2014]61号)及《浙江省人民政府关于加快推进慈善事业发展的实施意见》(浙政发[2015]34号)精神,结合我市实际,提出如下实施意见:
[2017] No. 15 Wenzifa [2017] No. 15 Units directly under the people’s governments and municipal governments of counties (cities and districts): In order to further strengthen and improve charity work and give full play to the important role of charities in safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood in difficult conditions, The Republic of China Charity Law, the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Sound Development of Philanthropy (Guo Fa [2014] No. 61) and the Opinions of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government on Accelerating the Development of Philanthropy (Zhejiang Zhengfa [2015] 34 No.) spirit, combined with the actual city, put forward the following opinions:
