针对中国东北500 kV电网的实际运行和调度情况,将混杂控制系统引入电力系统的电压控制,提出了东北电网混杂自动电压控制(HAVC)方案,建立了混杂分层电压控制模型,采用离散事件作为驱动主体,并可以实现复合指标调控。该控制方案可以提高东北电网的电压控制水平,增强电网抗扰动能力,改善电压稳定性,合理分配无功,减少网络损耗;并且由于系统控制目标分配至各控制层,通过离散事件来驱动控制,可降低优化问题的求解难度,提高运算效率,并能有效地利用现有技术条件,因此可实现性较好。计算机仿真研究证明了所提出和设计的控制系统、策略和方法的有效性。
Aiming at the actual operation and dispatching of 500 kV grid in Northeast China, the hybrid control system is introduced into the voltage control of power system. A hybrid automatic voltage control (HAVC) scheme of Northeast Power Grid is proposed. A hybrid layered voltage control model is established. Discrete event is taken as Drive the main body, and can achieve composite index regulation. The control scheme can improve the voltage control level of Northeastern power grid, enhance the anti-disturbance capability of the power grid, improve the voltage stability, reasonably distribute the reactive power and reduce the network loss. Because the control objectives of the system are distributed to the control layers and driven by discrete events, Can reduce the difficulty of solving the optimization problem, improve the operation efficiency, and can effectively use the existing technical conditions, so the realization is better. Computer simulation studies demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed control systems, strategies and methods.
