通过犬体外循环模型,以血浆和红细胞膜过氧化脂质(P-LPO和Em-LPO)作为机体及红细胞膜过氧化损伤的指标,同时测定红细胞变形能力(IF)、血浆游离血红蛋白(PF-Hb)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)和红细胞钠钾-ATP酶及钙镁-ATP酶。观察到体外循环对红细胞具有明显的损伤作用,IF及PF-Hb升高,分别与P-LPO和Em-LPO呈直线正相关。维生素E可明显减轻脂质过氧化反应,对红细胞具有确切的保护作用。文章简要讨论了氧自由基对红细胞损伤的机制及维生素E保护作用的途径。
The plasma and erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation (P-LPO and Em-LPO) were used as indicators of the body and erythrocyte membrane peroxidation injury through canine cardiopulmonary bypass model. The changes of erythrocyte deformability (IF), plasma free hemoglobin (PF- Hb), erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (E-SOD) and erythrocyte Na-K-ATPase and Ca-Mg-ATPase. It was observed that extracorporeal circulation had a significant damage on erythrocytes, elevated IF and PF-Hb, and positively correlated with P-LPO and Em-LPO respectively. Vitamin E can significantly reduce lipid peroxidation, the exact protection of red blood cells. This article briefly discussed the mechanism of oxygen free radicals on erythrocyte damage and the protective effect of vitamin E.
