报告了动物实验结果:老龄大鼠LPO含量明显增高,SOD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性降低,而且酶活性降低与相应酶蛋白的基因表达水平减弱密切相关。用二仙汤及其拆方(温肾益精方和滋阴泻大方)治疗后,能明显降低老龄大鼠LPO含量,提高SOD、CAT酶活性,并观察到这些酶活性的提高作用又与编码这些酶蛋白的基因表达水平增强有关。提示二仙汤及其两拆方通过调控、增强酶蛋白的基因表达水平而起到提高抗氧化酶活性、减少自由基产物的作用,从而具有延缓衰老的功效。文中还对两拆方作用的异同进行了探讨。
The results of animal experiments were reported: The LPO content in aged rats was significantly increased, and the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD and CAT decreased, and the decrease in enzyme activity was closely related to the decrease in the gene expression level of the corresponding enzyme protein. After treatment with Erxian Decoction and its decomposed prescriptions (Wen Shen Yi Jing Fang and Zi Yin Xie Da Fang), it can significantly reduce the LPO content of aged rats, increase the activity of SOD and CAT enzymes, and observe that the activity of these enzymes is enhanced. The increase in the expression level of genes encoding these enzyme proteins is involved. It is suggested that Erxian Decoction and its two decomposing prescriptions can increase antioxidant enzyme activity and reduce free radical production by regulating and enhancing the gene expression level of the enzyme protein, and thus have the effect of delaying aging. The text also discusses the similarities and differences between the two parties.
