本研究应用抗种皮斑驳的 merit 与感种皮斑驳的栽培品种黑农16和黑农27配制两个杂交组合,对其 F_1和 F_2代进行了抗性鉴定,结果表明,接种1号株系的F_1代成株感病严重度和病情指数倾向抗性亲本,抗性为显性。而种粒斑驳等级和褐斑粒率又均倾向感病亲本,感病为显性。接种3号株系,两个 F_1代的成株感病严重度、病情指数、斑驳等级和褐斑粒率均倾向抗性亲本。接种1号株系的两个 F_2代群体感和抗种粒斑驳的分离比率为15:1,表明 merit 对1号株系引致种粒斑驳的抗性是受两对隐性基因控制;接种3号株系,F_2代抗与感种粒斑驳的分离比率为15:1,表明 merit 品种对3号株系引致种粒斑驳的抗性是受两对显性基因控制。
In this study, two cross combinations of merit and germplasm mottle cultivars Heinong 16 and Heinong 27 were used to identify the F_1 and F_2 generations. The results showed that inoculation of strain No.1 Of the F_1 generation of susceptible strains and disease index pro-resistance parents, the resistance was dominant. The mottled grade and brown speckle rate also tend to be susceptible parents, susceptible to dominant. Inoculated with strain 3, the susceptibility to adult strain of two F 1 generations, disease index, mottling grade and brown speckle rate tended to be resistant parents. The segregation ratio of the two F_2 generations of inoculated strain 1 to the resistance to seed mottling was 15: 1, indicating that the mottle of merit to mottle 1 was mottled by two pairs of recessive genes. Inoculation 3 , The segregation ratio of F_2 generation to susceptible grain mottle was 15: 1, which indicated that the mottle induced by merit variety on No. 3 strain was controlled by two pairs of dominant genes.
