在当前深化水利改革,转换机制,兴办经济实体和服务实体中,各地水利部门认真贯彻落实党的十四大精神,从本地区本部门的实际出发,正在制订或已经制订了一些兴办实体的有关政策。为了推动水利行业兴办实体工作的健康发展和机构改革的平稳过渡,本刊从现在起,选登一些地方水利部门兴办实体的有关政策或措施,供各地参考。
In the current deepening of water conservancy reform, conversion mechanism, the establishment of economic entities and service entities, water conservancy departments around the country earnestly implement the spirit of the party’s fourteen, starting from the actual situation in the region’s own departments, is developing or has developed some entities related to policy.
