各位委员、各位同志:我们这次会议,始终是在团结愉快的气氛中进行看。七天的历程中,不论大会与小会,从检查工作到总结经验与商定计划,大家都热烈地发表意见,反覆研究,这是我们西北军政委员会成立以后几次会议中内容最丰富的一次会议。这次会议上,我们深深感到,没有一个人不在进步,并且进步很大、很快,不论老年人青年人都在进步,很多党外人士的进步并不比共产党人差。如果过去有些党外人士还有某些作客态度,那么现在很多人都挑起担子来了。我们有了共产党员与非党人士的巩固团结,做好一切工作就有了得证。我们要在巩固团结的基础上继续前进。会议一致认为我们一年来的工作,是有很大成绩的,这些成绩表现在多方面,特别是在关于民族团结,土地改革、减 Dear members and comrades, we at this meeting always look at the happy atmosphere of unity.
