目的对呋喃内酯及呋喃型卡萨烷衍生物的CD效应与立体结构的对应关系进行探讨和总结。方法采用CD光谱仪对卡萨烷衍生物进行圆二色谱测定、结合计算ECD法及相关文献报道,对立体结构与cotton效应间的对应关系进行分析,总结规律。结果以呋喃环为发色团的卡萨烷产生的CD效应与C-14位立体结构相对应,以呋喃内酯作为发色团的卡萨烷产生的CD效应与C-12立体结构相对应。结论可用于对应卡萨烷衍生物绝对构型的确证。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the CD effect and the three-dimensional structure of furanide and furan derivatives of carbazate. Methods The circular dichroism of the derivatives of cathartane was determined by CD spectrophotometer, and the correspondence between the three-dimensional structure and the cotton effect was analyzed and the law was summarized according to the calculation of ECD method and related literatures. The results showed that the CD effect produced by the furan ring as a chromophore group corresponded to the stereostructure at the C-14 position. The CD effect produced by the catharane with furanide as a chromophore corresponded to the C-12 steric structure . The conclusion can be used to confirm the absolute configuration of the corresponding derivatives of cathartane.
