目的:观察本院改良小梁切除手术治疗高眼压青光眼的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2005～2008年采用传统小梁切除术治疗高眼压青光眼患者39例和2008～2010年采用改良小梁切除术治疗高眼压青光眼患者45例病历资料,分别统计两种治疗方法的治愈,好转和无效例数,并计算有效率。结果:观察组总眼数90只,其中治愈68只眼,12只眼有效,10只眼无效,有效率为88.88%,复发率为2.94%,显著高于对照组(χ2=11.298,P<0.05;χ2=15.113,P<0.05)。结论:改良小梁切除术治疗高眼压青光眼效果显著,可应用于临床治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified trabeculectomy in treating hypertensive glaucoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2005 to 2008 with trabeculectomy in patients with high pressure glaucoma in 39 cases and 2008-2010 using modified trabeculectomy in patients with high intraocular pressure glaucoma 45 cases of medical records, respectively, statistics Cure cure, improvement and ineffective cases, and calculate the efficiency.
