本文基于商业生态系统视角分析了广电网络企业在三网融合这一商业生态系统中的演进路线;通过数学语言以广电网络企业为例构建了其与电信的企业竞合模型(企业间互动关系之一),并对模型进行了经济学分析;以资源依赖理论和交易成本理论为基础,说明了合作(资源互补)、竞争(机会主义)对联盟绩效的影响;为广电网络企业如何在三网融合中与其他企业互动,制定适时的企业战略,以求得长期生存和发展提供了有益的借鉴。
Based on the business ecosystem, this paper analyzes the evolution route of the radio and television network enterprises in the triple play of the commercial ecosystem. By using the example of radio and television network enterprises in mathematics language, this paper constructs the enterprise competition model with telecom (the interaction between enterprises A), and carried out an economic analysis of the model; based on resource dependence theory and transaction cost theory, illustrates the impact of cooperation (resource complementarity) and competition (opportunism) on the alliance’s performance; In the process of interaction with other enterprises in the process of integration, it is necessary to formulate a timely corporate strategy to provide useful reference for long-term survival and development.
