在现阶段,我国企业在实行有效的管理方面需要解决的一个十分突出的问题是:能不能有效地吸引企业生产第一线的职工关心和直接参与企业的管理工作,实现职工的自主管理。本文就企业管理中的设备管理的一种新方式——点检定修制来探索这个问题。
At this stage, one of the outstanding issues that Chinese enterprises need to solve in implementing effective management is whether they can effectively attract the employees in the front line of their production to be concerned about and directly participate in the management of their enterprises, and realize their own management. This article explores this issue with a new way of equipment management in enterprise management - point inspection and repair.
