城市住房制度改革带来了公众参与城市规划的内在动力,公众参与城市规划在我国必将会有一个空前的发展。城市住房制度改革围绕城市住房进行一系列社会分配机制的调整和革新,作为城市规划这项分配城市资源的活动,受到房改的影响是必然的和深刻的。我国城市规划在进行诸如土地、设施等城市资源配置时所持的一些认识和观念需要有一定的改变,而且我国城市规划应建构一整套适于目前计划经济因素与市场机制并存的社会经济发展状况的规划理论、方法和技术,调整和强化城市规划工作体系中的有关环节,以有效地加强新时期我国城市规划的职能。
The reform of urban housing system has brought the intrinsic motivation of public participation in urban planning. Public participation in urban planning will surely have an unprecedented development in our country.
