在采用复合矿化剂的前提下,利用粉煤灰全部代替粘土配制水泥生料,在干法中空转窑内1300~1400℃烧制成水泥熟料,再以粉煤灰为混合材生产粉煤灰硅酸监水泥。熟料中A含量占70%左右,水泥具有早强性能。以粉煤灰作混合材掺量为30~35%时,水泥28天标号在425以上。1t水泥总用灰量为50%左右,3天强度相当于Ra425以上。该水泥具有良好的耐久性,其各项技术指标均达到设计、施工、工程的要求。
