针对国内外已有混凝土构件承载能力评定方法的不足,结合现行相关规范,按“校准法”分析了各类构件不同可靠指标限值对应的抗力系数值,并由此提出了各结构安全等级下在役桥梁受弯构件承载能力评定的分级标准。采用《公路工程可靠度设计统一标准》中抗力与荷载效应的实际分布类型,对各类构件的在该分级标准下的可靠指标进行了校核,在控制不同安全等级4类构件下限可靠指标降低量均不超过一个数量级差的前提下,提出了钢筋混凝土构件承载能力等级评定标准。分析结果表明,所提出的承载能力分级标准减少了承载能力分级计算的工作量,完善了现有桥梁养护、检测评定体系,具有普遍的适用性,可用于在役桥梁构件承载能力的评定分级。
According to the deficiency of the assessment methods of the bearing capacity of concrete members both at home and abroad, the resistance coefficient values corresponding to the limits of various reliable indicators of various components are analyzed by “Calibration Method ” according to relevant current codes, Grading standards for assessing carrying capacity of flexural members in service. Based on the actual distribution types of resistance and load effects in the Unified Standard for Highway Engineering Reliability Design, the reliability indexes of all kinds of components under this classification standard are checked. The amount of no more than one order of magnitude difference under the premise of the reinforced concrete members carrying capacity rating criteria. The analysis results show that the proposed classification standard of carrying capacity can reduce the workload of carrying capacity classification calculation and improve the existing bridge maintenance and testing evaluation system. It has universal applicability and can be used to evaluate the classification of carrying capacity of existing bridge components.
