本文采用真空钎焊的方法来焊接Cu和LF21。结果表明:在真空钎焊时,加热速率6~8℃/s,钎焊温度取555℃时,保温时间取10min,出炉温度在300℃以下可以取得较好的铜铝异种金属接头。在这种条件下,钎料能够与母材充分地反应,并且能够填满整个焊缝,形成较高强度和较好高温性能的铜铝接头。
In this paper, the method of vacuum brazing to weld Cu and LF21. The results show that when vacuum brazing, the heating rate is 6 ~ 8 ℃ / s, the brazing temperature is 555 ℃, the holding time is 10min and the temperature is below 300 ℃, the better copper - aluminum dissimilar metal joint can be obtained. Under these conditions, the brazing filler metal can fully react with the base metal, and can fill the entire weld to form a copper-aluminum joint with higher strength and better high-temperature performance.
