我厂生产的几种压缩机气缸套,其内径为Φ125毫米、长度为838毫米,Φ45毫米、长度292毫米和Φ25毫米、长度为300毫米等,材质为45号钢或铸铁,内径表面光洁度为(?)7-(?)8。在成批生产的情况下,加工这样长度较大,光洁度要求又高的工件应用一般的镗削方法,显然是达不到要求,不仅效率低,而且由于工件长,刀桿容易发生振动,加工后很容易出现锥口等。 针对上述情况我厂在1958年就开始了试验和试用浮动镗刀的工作。几年来根据生产实践又作了一些改进。使用效果很好,完全可以达到工件的几何精度及表面光洁度的要求。根据加工内径的不同,可分为三种类型:
