一、实验的总体构想 (一 )课题的提出 在全面贯彻党的教育方针，全面实施素质教育的过程中，心理健康教育越来越显示出它的重要性和紧迫性。江总书记曾明确指出：“我们的民族新一代，若没有强健的身体素质和良好的心理素质，就没有力量，就不能屹立于世界民族之林”。
