我县新兴乡一台东方红-75型拖拉机,在秋翻作业中,新检修的起动机在10天内坏了4次,给农机户造成100多元的损失。 4次故障均使连杆小端轴孔和小活塞销套被磨损成纵向长的椭圆形,小活塞销的两头严重磨损,甚至被拉变形。据了解,每次修完后,只能起动1～2次就坏了。经我们仔细检查,发现曲轴箱中间新换的纸垫比原来的厚,原来的纸垫厚0.4毫米,而新换的纸垫是0.8毫米。通过分析认为,故障就是由这张纸垫
