报告我院21年来102起18Z例肉毒中毒,发病地点主要在北疆,男85人,女102人,年龄2~77岁,以10~50岁居多,发病季节以冬舂多见,中毒食物100起为家制豆类发酵食品(臭豆腐、豆瓣酱,豆豉等)。有21起41人在中毒食物和病人血清中检出肉毒毒素,中16起27人定为A型。潜伏期3小时~10天,1~3天多见。7例病理观察(系我院原病理解剖教研室王明义生前所作)特点以脑内广泛高度充血和点状渗出性出血为主,均为继发性改变。临床表现为在全身骨骼肌无力的基础上,按眼肌一咽喉肌一呼吸肌的顺序出现麻痹的症状,所有病人早期都出现全身无力、头晕、视物模糊、上睑下垂,这“早期四征”具有早期诊断的
