目的:探讨在外科门诊护理管理中开展人性化护理服务的意义,提高患者满意度。方法:将人性化护理服务理念引入到外科门诊护理管理中,完善护理服务体系。比较实施人性化护理前后整体护理质量、患者对护理服务的满意度。结果:在外科门诊护理管理中开展人性化护理服务后,整体护理质量水平有了显著提高(P<0.01)。患者对护理服务满意度由83.54%,上升到了95.62%(P<0.05)。结论:在外科门诊护理管理中,实施人性化护理服务后,提高了整体护理质量水平,提高了患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the significance of humanized nursing service in surgical outpatient nursing management and improve patient satisfaction. Methods: Introduce the concept of humanized nursing service into the surgical outpatient care management, improve the nursing service system. Comparison of the overall quality of care before and after the implementation of human care, patient satisfaction with nursing services. Results: The overall quality of nursing care was significantly improved (P <0.01) after the development of humanized nursing services in surgical outpatient care management. Patient satisfaction with nursing services increased from 83.54% to 95.62% (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the surgical outpatient care management, the implementation of humane care services, improve the overall quality of care and improve patient satisfaction.
